Luis is a longtime Houston-area resident with hands-on experience in residential repair, demolition, and moisture-damaged material removal. He is known on the team for working carefully in difficult spaces such as low-clearance attics and tight utility areas, where patience matters. When he is off the clock, he works on older pickup trucks with his brother and rarely turns down a weekend fishing trip.
