Experience in mold removal or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Mold Remediation Technician

Work on mold-removal projects in bathrooms, wall and ceiling areas, attics, and spaces affected by water damage. The role includes site preparation, controlled material removal, surface cleanup, equipment handling, and maintaining an orderly work area.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing physical work in occupied residential properties
• Able to work carefully around finished surfaces and customer belongings
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic job-site equipment
• Able to follow project instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Remediation Helper

Support technicians with work-area preparation, material handling, cleanup, equipment movement, and organization. This is a good entry point for someone who wants to learn moisture-related property cleanup and remediation work.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Comfortable lifting and moving job-site materials
• Respectful communication with customers and coworkers
• Able to keep tools and work areas organized
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Project Coordinator

Help customers move from the first inquiry through scheduling and project communication. The coordinator gathers basic information about the property, organizes appointments and project notes, and helps keep customers informed about upcoming steps.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable discussing home-repair concerns with customers
• Able to manage scheduling details and changing priorities
• Basic computer and email proficiency

Field Lead

Lead day-to-day field execution on mold-removal projects, coordinate technicians and helpers, keep the agreed work scope organized, and communicate notable site conditions to the project coordinator and customer.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in remediation, restoration, construction, or residential repair
• Comfortable reading a project scope and organizing field tasks
• Strong attention to job-site preparation and cleanliness
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Comfortable working in attics and other physically demanding spaces
