Meet the Team

Our team combines field experience, practical project planning, and clear customer communication. We keep the company small enough that the people discussing your project stay connected to the work happening at the property.

The People You Will Work With

Daniel Ramirez

Owner and Project Manager

Daniel founded Houston Mold Removal after years around residential repair and water-damage projects in the Houston area. He grew up on the northwest side of Houston, still spends weekends working on small woodworking projects in his garage, and is usually the person asking one more question about where a leak started before finalizing a remediation scope.

Marcus Reed

Field Project Lead

Marcus coordinates work-area preparation, material removal, cleanup, and day-to-day field progress. A longtime Houston-area resident, he is known on the team for carefully planning access before work begins, and outside work he enjoys fishing the lakes north and west of the city with his two sons.

Elena Martinez

Customer and Project Coordinator

Elena helps customers describe their mold concerns, keeps project information organized, and coordinates communication around scheduling and next steps. She grew up in the Houston area and spends much of her free time cooking for a large extended family, which has made her especially good at keeping complicated schedules from becoming complicated conversations.

How We Work Together

We start by listening to the history of the property. A mold project makes more sense when we know whether the concern followed a plumbing leak, roof problem, bathroom moisture issue, appliance failure, storm, attic condition, or something that has been returning for months. From there, we connect the visible condition to the materials and areas that may reasonably need attention.

During the project, we keep the scope understandable. If opening a damaged area reveals additional material connected to the same moisture problem, we explain what changed and why it matters. Our goal is to finish the remediation portion of the work with the customer knowing what was addressed and what plumbing, roofing, ventilation, drying, or rebuilding steps may still need to happen.
